At Kringle Candle Company, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home fragrance experience. If you are not delighted with your purchase, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Contact our fragrance support team via email or our online portal with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a return authorization.

  Secure Your Items

  Carefully pack the unused candles and home accessories in their original box with protective padding to ensure they arrive at our warehouse safely and without damage.

  Ship to Kringle

  Attach the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
